In our constant attempts to increase service levels to our valued suppliers, Element Fleet Management has designed an Internet application to speed the transactions associated with courtesy deliveries for our delivering dealerships. This application will provide the dealer with the following capabilities:

• Electronic payment
• Updated delivery status events from Element and motor companies
• Communication with the Element Delivery Call Center via email
• Electronic submission of delivery invoices

Below is a detailed description of the new streamlined process associated with the delivery module of InterActive® for Suppliers.

New Unit Notification/Status

• Dealer will log on to https://supplier.elementfleet.com to enter the InterActive® for Suppliers.
• Dealer ID and Password will be entered.
• The Dealer Queue will show all units to be delivered and their associated status.

New Unit Delivery

• Unit will arrive and dealer will prep unit, handle Title & Registration *, and contact the driver to arrange delivery as done today.
• Dealer must have the driver/delivering company representative sign a Driver Signature Form prior to delivery of the unit.

Electronic Invoice Submission

• After the Driver Signature From is signed and driver has taken delivery of the unit, dealer will select the unit from the Dealer Queue to begin submission of the delivery invoice.
• Driver Signature Form will be mailed to Element along with any state Title & Registration and/or Tax receipts.
• Dealer will enter all information and fees associated with delivery of the new unit including trade information.
• Upon completion of the electronic delivery invoice, dealer selects submit and invoice is sent to Element for auditing.
• Internal audit is performed and dealer is paid electronically **.

* Title & Registration will be handled only by dealers that currently perform this task for Element.
** Electronic payment is an option associated with InterActive® for Suppliers. Dealerships that wish to receive payment by check may still do so.

You will be provided with a username and password at that point, which will allow you to log in to InterActive® for Suppliers.
